A collaboration with the Living Future
proposed schedule
We have a plan. And, that plan includes space for participant feedback. Below is what is planned. And, here is a link to the schedule. Please email us any ideas or feedback you would like considered by August 1. We will post a schedule on site on Friday.
---------------------------------------------------------------
Our community village will anchor our exploration through an indigenous practice of uniting as community by tending a fire and keeping the heartbeat of the earth through drumming throughout the event. Other activities will include holotropic breathwork, dreamwork, expressive arts therapy, singing, dancing and council. On Saturday and Sunday, we will have break-out groups that will add deeper exploration of cultural regeneration, dreams, trauma and collective action.
Dreamwork
We believe that dreams are given to all of us as a gift to help open our heart and soul. We understand that dreams can seem complex and overwhelming and we believe that you can learn the language of dreams and the particular language of your own dreams. This process has made it possible for us to live with passion, love and peace in ways that were foreign to us before learning the language of our dreams. Dreamwork can transform relationships into a true partnerships with an intimacy that many only “dream” of. Each morning participants will be given the opportunity to encounter deep insights based on their dreams, whether they happened the night before or years before, Dreamwork opens a pathway of deep understanding and listening.

Expressive Arts Therapy, Singing & Dancing
In Expressive arts therapy we use the power of diverse art forms (movement, drama, visual arts, music, sound, etc) as tools for psycho-spiritual growth, social change, human development and healing and empowered self agency. Mireya developed a practice called "creative integration" to support process, "digest", deepen, embody and expand further what people come in touch in their work with expanded states through the breathwork. We include the use of various modalities according to each situation: expressive arts, astrology, altar and sacred practices, somatic awareness, ritual and the connection to the natural world.
Body work, Energy, Sound and Plant Healing
For those that can arrive early, stay late or simply choose to receive healing as one of the optional activities during break-out groups, a Healing Space where participants can sign up to give and receive body-work, sound healing, reiki or guidance on earth-based remedies that can support the healing process will be co-created.
Council
All participants are encouraged to attend the councils on Friday, Saturday and the closing circle on Sunday. During these councils around the fire, we will be able to share, explore topics and insights, acknowledge-witness each other and listen to stories, spiritual elders and guides.
